As you start planning your romantic getaway, choose Florida for your romantic journeys. You will be delighted to discover these nine romantic Florida cities and destinations:
1. Miami Beach
It is the perfect place for a stay for two. Lots of sun, palm trees, sand and perfect water for swimming. All the ingredients for a successful trip are there.
Also, Miami Beach host many nice restaurants where you can dine under the stars. A small list of tables very popular with local gourmets: The Bazaar by Jose Andres, StripSteak by Michael Mina, and Osteria del Teatro.
If you prefer to enjoy simple but equally delicious dishes, we recommend the: Pinocchio Italian deli, Blocks Pizza Deli, and Las Olas Cafe. Miami Beach is also a place where the festive atmosphere is at the rendezvous.
Bars & clubs are listed there en masse. For your outings, choose Mango’s Tropical Cafe, STORY Nightclub, Broken Shaker Bar, LIV, Clevelander, Nikki Beach, Wet Willie’s, Twist, or Mac’s Club Deuce.
2. Key West and it’s beautiful docks
The wonder of the State of Florida, the Municipality of Key West, is sure to please you.
Do you like to walk? Its quays promise you more than romantic strolls. Borrow them at sunset, it will make you live memorable moments.
Like Miami Beach, the city is also blessed with magnificent beaches.
Other assets of Key West are its gingerbread homes or “gingerbread mansions.” You will also tell us the news of its cafes with sidewalk terraces, upscale restaurants, and its legendary bars.
The spirit of Key West will make you vibrate as soon as you put your bags on American soil.
3. South Beach
South Beach offers experiences different from other Florida cities. A paradise for art lovers, the Miami district is inhabited by masterpieces dedicated to sexuality.
Its Museum, the World Erotic Art Museum, houses paintings, sculptures, and engravings on eroticism. It has a collection of more than 4000 pieces of erotic artwork.

4. Little Torch Key
If you yearn for a luxurious, quiet place away from the world, Little Torch Key is the island that will make your trip to Florida a real joy.
It is an island in the Florida Keys that presents the ideal setting and atmosphere to offer you a purely romantic stay. This corner of Florida paradise is ideal for diving, especially discovering the Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary underwater natural park.
To rest, go to the Little Palm Island Resort & Spa to enjoy its luxurious suites, its private beach, its outdoor shower, its jacuzzi, and above all, its idyllic decor.
5. Watercolor Inn
Located near Panama City in the town of Santa Rosa Beach, WaterColor Inn & Resort is a prestigious 4-star hotel that attracts all types of vacationers, especially honeymooners.
Made up of particularly comfortable suites and rooms with panoramic views of the Gulf Coast’s turquoise waters, this establishment will make your honeymoon a special one.
For lovers’ pleasure, it offers a restaurant serving menus based on local products such as fish and seafood. In addition to its spa and the various organized sea excursions, you will also love the atmosphere of the evenings around—a campfire on its beaches.
6. Daytona and its Nascar circuit
Daytona Beach lives to the rhythm of car and motorcycle races and its Nascar circuit. It shows and feels, the car is omnipresent and you can even drive on the beach at the wheel of your car.
Those who will not be so lucky will be able to console themselves by visiting the Nascar circuit for free. Step inside and sit in the stands and imagine the sound of cars and the raving crowd.
You will not be able to miss it since it is on the way to the beach at the entrance of the city.
7. Orlando and the amusement parks
Orlando is to amusement parks what Las Vegas is to casinos. There are plenty of them.
The classics: SeaWorld, Universal Studio, Disney, but also smaller ones. Less famous and certainly less expensive. You will also come across the largest McDonalds in the world.
It is unthinkable to travel to Orlando without visiting one of the four theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort:
Magic Kingdom: The Park will delight young and old, but it is roughly similar to what there is in France.
EPCOT: Perhaps the least entertaining of the parks or in any case the least magical. This park is known to expose the rich cultures of many different countries around the world.
Hollywood Studios: A movie-focused park (to compete with Universal Studio).
Animal Kingdom: The “craziest” park. In my opinion, which, as its name suggests, is entirely dedicated to animals.
8. Saint Augustine
Saint Augustine, on the east coast, is worth a visit. No Downtown busy streets and no skyscrapers here. It’s almost like Europe in this pretty little town on a human scale.
Each building is rigorously preserved and maintained, and as it is (supposedly) the oldest city in the United States, it is inevitably loaded with charm and history.
9. The Everglades
Florida has a lot to offer, and The Everglades National Park is one of those magical and fascinating places that we do not regret having seen.
Everglades National Park, meanwhile, is just a few hours away from Miami. Famous all over the world, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is also the third-largest nature reserve in the United States.
Far from Miami’s bling and the beautiful little blond beaches of the west coast, this large marshy area offers a very diverse fauna, lush flora, and a multitude of activities.
Looking for the best vacation spot in Florida for couples? Dine at one of the romantic restaurants in Miami Beach, go for a romantic stroll on one of Key West beautiful docks, enjoy your wedding anniversary at the Watercolor Inn, or pretend to be kids again at Orlando theme parks.
